| Bob Baumhower (born August 4, 1955) was an American Football Player who competed for the University of Alabama in college and for the Miami Dolphins in the NFL. Playing as a Defensive Linemen, he was a 2 time second team All American in college and a 5 time Pro-Bowl selection as a Pro. Baumhower is also the namesake for the , a series of eight restaurants located in the state of Alabama specializing in Buffalo Style wings. He opened his first restaurant in Tuscaloosa, AL in 1981. Born in 1955, Baumhower currently resides in Fairhope, Alabama. His nephew, Evan Mathis, was a 2004 All SEC performer who was drafted by the Carolina Panthers in the 2005 NFL Draft.
