| Robert Charles Keegan (August 4, 1920 - June 20, 2001) was an American right-handed pitcher in Major League Baseball for the Chicago White Sox from 1953-1958. He was originally from Rochester, New York. Keegan attended Bucknell University before becoming a White Sox in his early 30's. He had one great season in 1954 when he made the American League All-Star Team. That year, he went 16-9 with 3.09 ERA in over 200 innings pitched. His 14 complete games that year was 9th in the league. He would never again have a season like that and he retired in 1958 after going 40-36 through his whole career.
