| Bob May (born October 6, 1968 in Lynwood, California) is an American golfer. He attended Oklahoma State University and was a member of the 1991 U.S. Walker Cup team before turning professional later that year. May joined the PGA Tour in 1994. He hasn't won on the PGA Tour, but he has finished second twice, including his epic playoff duel with Tiger Woods at the 2000 PGA Championship at Valhalla. However he won the 1999 British Masters on the European Tour. His career was curtailed by a back injury in 2003, and in 2006 he will be playing the PGA Tour on a Major Medical Exemption.
