| Bob Suter (born May 16, 1957 in Madison, Wisconsin was an American ice hockey defenseman. Bob is best known for being a member of the Miracle On Ice 1980 U.S. Olympic hockey team won the gold medal team. Bob's brother Gary played in the NHL. His son, Ryan, is enjoying a successful early career in the NHL's Nashville Predators organization. Bob attended the University of Wisconsin.
