Bobby "The Wizard" Hoff is an American professional poker player from Houston, Texas.

Hoff finished 2nd to Hal Fowler
in the 1979 World Series of Poker (WSOP) $10,000 no limit hold'em main event. He also finished in the money in the same event at the 1990, 1993, 1996 and 1998 events.

According to Hoff, his nickname refers to his ability to make mountains of chips disappear.

Hoff also appeared in the second series of the Poker Superstars Invitational Tournament.

As of 2005, his total live tournament winnings exceed $200,000.

His nickname on UltimateBet.com is "DaWiz".
