| Brian Milner (b. November 17, 1959 in Fort Worth, Texas) is a former Major League Baseball player. A catcher, Milner was drafted in the 7th round of the 1978 amateur draft by the Toronto Blue Jays and called up almost immediately - at eighteen years and seven months, he remains the youngest person to play for the team. Milner played in two games in June 1978, getting four hits, including a triple, in nine at-bats, scoring three runs, and picking up two RBIs. Milner was sent down to the minor leagues for more practice, but suffered a series of injuries and never played in the major leagues again. He later served as a scout for the Chicago Cubs.
