| Bruce Eugene (born 1982 - New Orleans) is an American football player and starting quarterback for the Grambling State University Tigers. Standing six foot (1.83 m) tall, and weighing over 250 lb (113 kg) he has been given the nickname "Round Mound of Touchdown". Eugene is much heavier than the typical quarterback, but has proven to be exceptionally quick and agile for a man his size. He is also a very accurate passer, and is rated one of the top players in Division I-AA college football and a potential NFL Draft pick. He wears jersey number 10. Injured in the first game of the 2004 season, Eugene sat out the entire remainder of the year. He has currently received a sixth year of eligibility from the NCAA.
