Carl Loadenthal (b. December 27, 1981) is a minor league baseball player.

Loadenthal was signed by the Atlanta Braves as a non-drafted free agent on June 7, 2003. In the 2005 season, Loadenthal has been playing with the Myrtle Beach Pelicans.

Loadenthal started the 2005 campaign in Rome, Georgia where he hit .262 with a home run and 23 RBI through 63 games in the South Atlantic League. Loadenthal played his college ball at Rider, New Jersey. The 5’11, 180 pound, outfielder entered this season with a .308 batting average, six home runs and 56 RBI alongside 33 stolen bases in his first two years in the Brave's organization. He has hit over .300 each year - .310 in ’03 with the GCL Braves and .305 in ’04 with Danville.

2005 Highlights

July 2 - July 5 – In a three day stretch, Loadenthal went 7-12 with two doubles, an RBI, two stolen bases and scored an outrageous seven runs.

July 26 – Led off the bottom of the 1st inning with a solo home run over the right field wall, his 3rd blast of the season to put the Pelicans on top early. Carl went 2-5 with the home run, and scored two runs in the Pelicans 11-2 clobbering of the Potomac Nationals.
