Charles Cornelius Smith (known simply as Charles Smith; born August 22, 1975 in Fort Worth, Texas) is a professional basketball player.

Smith currently plays with the Efes Pilsen of the TBL. He has also played for the Denver Nuggets, Portland Trail Blazers, the Miami Heat, the Los Angeles Clippers, and the San Antonio Spurs, and starred in European national leagues with Makedonikos Kozani and Virtus Bologna. With Italian team Scavolini Pesaro, in 2005 he won the first-ever Alphonso Ford
Top Scorer Trophy as the best scorer in the 2004/05 Euroleague.

Collegiately, he was a star at the University of New Mexico, and he played high school ball at famed Dunbar High School in Ft. Worth.
