| Cliff Politte (born February 27, 1974 in St. Louis, Missouri) is a right-handed relief pitcher in Major League Baseball with the Chicago White Sox. Selected in the 54th round of the 1995 amateur draft by the St. Louis Cardinals, Politte came up to the parent club in 1994. From there, he went to the Philadelphia Phillies and then the Toronto Blue Jays, before signing with the White Sox in 2004.
