| Coy Wire (born November 7, 1978) is a safety who plays for the Buffalo Bills. After his NCAA career with Stanford, Coy was drafted by the Bills in the 3rd round of the 2002 NFL Draft. Although he played multiple positions in college; RB, and OLB, the Bills converted Wire to Strong Safety. At 6'1, 217lbs he doesn't have the ideal Linebacker size, but he does tackle like one. In his 3 year career, Wire has recorded 117 solo tackles but 0 interceptions.
