| Ralph Foster "Cy" Perkins (February 27, 1896 – October 2, 1963) was a Major League Baseball player and manager. Born in Gloucester, Massachusetts, he played fifteen seasons as catcher with the Philadelphia Athletics and one season each with the New York Yankees and Detroit Tigers. With the Athletics, Cy Perkins was the starting catcher until Mickey Cochrane joined the team. He accompanied the Athletics to the 1929 and 1930 World Series as the team's backup catcher. After retirement, Perkins managed the Tigers for fifteen games during the 1937 season, along with Cochrane and Del Baker.
