| Darren Howard (born November 19, 1976 in St. Petersburg, Florida) is an American football player who currently plays Defensive End for the Philadelphia Eagles of the NFL. He went to Boca Ciega high school in his hometown and graduated from Kansas State University. He was selected in the second round, with the 33rd pick, from the New Orleans Saints. From 2000-2005, he played Defensive End for the Saints. On Monday, March 13, 2006, he joined the Philadelphia Eagles through free agency, by signing a six-year deal.
