David Peterson was a professional wrestler who sometimes went by the name of D.J. Peterson.CareerDavid W. Peterson started wrestling in 1984 in Texas All-Star Wrestling and in the NWA's Central States territory. He also worked for World Class Championship Wrestling and the Universal Wrestling Federation before arriving in the American Wrestling Association in 1987 where he made his biggest impact.In the AWA, Peterson formed a tag team with The Trooper which captured the World Tag Team Titles and was involved in a big feud with The Destruction Crew. After the AWA closed in 1991, Peterson went back to the independents until he died from a motorcyle crash on May 25, 1993. Profile
