Donald Young Jr. (born July 23, 1989 in Chicago) is a professional tennis player from the United States.

Young is considered one of America's most promising young tennis players. When Young was 10 years old he had the opportunity to play with former tennis star John McEnroe who has been quoted saying that Young is "the future of American tennis". The United States Tennis Association is hopeful that Young, one of few professional African-American tennis players, will attract a new audience to tennis, as Serena and Venus Williams did for women's tennis. Newsweek magazine even called Young the "Tiger Woods of tennis".

Only sixteen years old, Young has been ranked the #1 junior player in the world is the youngest player to win the Australian Open Junior Championships, doing so in 2005. He turned pro in 2004 but has struggled in futures and satellite events, lower level pro tennis tournaments. Young, ranked 572 in the ATP rankings (as of March, 6, 2005), has not yet won a professional tournament.

Young is coached by his father, Donald Sr., and mother, Illona, who are both tennis teaching professionals. He is sponsored by Head (racquet) and Nike (clothing and shoes).
