Earl Joseph Watson Jr. (born June 12, 1979 in Kansas City, Kansas) is a professional basketball player for the National Basketball Association's Seattle SuperSonics.

The 6'0" point guard was selected 39th overall by the SuperSonics in the 2001 NBA Draft. He was a starter in college at UCLA. At one point playing alongside future NBA player Baron Davis
. Throughtout his career, Watson has averaged 5.7 points and 3.7 assists in 304 games with the Sonics, the Memphis Grizzlies and the Denver Nuggets.

Watson was traded to the Seattle SuperSonics by the Nuggets on February 24, 2006.
