Edward Francis Healey, Jr. (born December 28, 1894, in Indian Orchard, Massachusetts, USA; died December 9, 1978) was a professional football player for the Rock Island Independents, and best known with the Chicago Bears.

Healey attended college at Dartmouth College, and heard of the news of a new football league being formed in 1920.

He was an all-league pick five times during his eight-year NFL career, as a tackle.
