| Elizabeth Montague Ryan (born February 8 1892 – died July 8 1979) was an American tennis player who holds the most women's doubles and mixed doubles titles in Wimbledon history. She won twelve doubles titles and seven mixed doubles titles. Although she reached the finals in singles twice, she was never able to win the title. Elizabeth also won four doubles titles at the French Open, as well as a doubles title and two mixed doubles titles at the U.S. Open. Ryan, a right-handed player, died at age 87 at Wimbledon.
