Flora Jean Hyman (July 31, 1954 – January 24, 1986) was an American volleyball player and Olympic silver medalist.

Hyman died of an aortic dissection due to a rare genetic disorder called the Marfan syndrome during a match in Japan in 1986.

The Flo Hyman Memorial Award is named after her.

Hyman was extremely tall for a female, standing at 6'5" (196 cm).
