| George William Ratterman (born November 12, 1926 in Cincinnati, Ohio) was an American Football player in the All-America Football Conference and the National Football League. He played college football at the the University of Notre Dame, though primarily as a backup to quarterback Johnny Lujack. Afterwards, he played with the Buffalo Bills of the AAFC from 1947 to 1949, when the league folded. He finished his career with the New York Yanks and the Cleveland Browns of the NFL.
