Arguably the Canadian Football League's best receiver, Geroy Simon plays the position of slotback on the British Columbia Lions. He was born on September 11, 1975, and currently measures in at 6'0", 198 lbs. He attended the University of Maryland, College Park. In university, Simon finished second on Maryland’s all-time charts for tallying 185 receptions and 2,059 receiving yards.

Geroy Simon broke Darren Flutie's British Columbia Lions team receiving single season record with 1750 yards. Geroy Simon also led the CFL in receiving yards, and tallied 14 touchdowns. He was named CFL Offensive Player of the Week for week 9. In 2004, he was included on both the West Division All-Star team and the CFL All-Star team.
