Glen Osbourne (born June 5, 1971 in West Chester, Pennsylvania) is an American professional wrestler.CareerGlen Osbourne attended West Chester University and obtained a degree in English.Eastern Championship WrestlingOsbourne wrestled on the independent circuit before joining Eastern Championship Wrestling. In early 1992 Osbourne formed a tag team with Max Thrasher known as Nightbreed, and on June 23, 1992 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania they took part in a tournament to decide the first ever ECW Tag Team Champions. They eliminated The Flames, but were in turn eliminated by The Super Destroyers in the tournament final. Nightbreed began to have problems working together, and eventually split in August 1992.Osbourne immediately began pursuing a singles career, and on September 30, 1992 he won the vacant ECW Television Championship by winning a battle royal along with The Sandman, who he then faced and defeated in a singles match later that evening. In February 1993 Osbourne vacated the Television Championship. An eight-man tournament was held on March 12 in Radnor, Pennsylvania to determine a new champion, in which Osbourne was entered. He defeated Johnny Hotbody and "Hot Stuff" Eddie Gilbert before losing to Jimmy Snuka in the tournament final. Osbourne would leave ECW later that year. Independent circuitIn 1996 Osbourne began working for the Maryland-based Mid Eastern Wrestling Federation as one half of the tag team Darkside with his partner Rockin' Rebel. They dominated the tag division, winning the MEWF Tag Team Championships three times in 1996.Osbourne went on to join the Delaware-based East Coast Wrestling Association, and was inducted into the ECWA Hall of Fame in 1996. On February 22, 1997 he won the ECWA Heavyweight Championship in Wilmington, Delaware, defeating Cheetah Master. He would later win the ECWA Mid-Atlantic Championship in 2000. Osbourne would also team with Derek Domino as The Natural Born Killers and Kevin Sullivan as The Dark Shadows. In 2001 and 2002 Osbourne appeared occasionally with Combat Zone Wrestling. In 2003 Osbourne won a tournament to become the Delaware Championship Wrestling Heavyweight Champion, and formed a stable with Riptide, The Bouncer and Johnny Thunder called The Pain Syndicate. He also reunited with Rockin' Rebel to win the POW Tag Team Championships, and toured Central America. In August 2004 Glen won the Unlimited World Championship in the Susquehanna Wrestling Organization. Osbourne's pursuit of the belt lasted nearly nine months and culminated in a three way match with (then-champion) "Luscious" Johnny Graham and "Sexy" Shane Shadows. In January 2005 Osbourne toured Costa Rica. He then spent late February and early March wrestling on the Florida circuit before returning to Pennsylvania to wrestle for the SWO, Pro Wrestling Entertainment and the World Wide Wrestling Alliance (he was the Heavyweight Champion in each promotion).
