Helen Marie Darling, born on August 29, 1978 is a WNBA player for the Charlotte Sting. She previously played for the Cleveland Rockers, and the Minnesota Lynx. Before starting her professional career, she was an outstanding four-year starting point guard for the Penn State Lady Lions, leading the Lady Lions to their first and only Final Four appearance in 2000.
