James "Jimmy" Heuga is an an American alpine skier and advocate for the neurological disease multiple sclerosis.

  • 1963 NCAA Ski Champion, Colorado, Men's Slalom
  • 1964 Winter Olympics, Bronze Medalist, USA, Men's Slalom, along with Billy Kidd
    first medalists in Alpine Skiing for American men.
  • Contracted multiple sclerosis in 1970, which derailed his skiing career.
  • Founder of the Jimmy Heuga Center for treating multiple sclerosis.
