James Andrew Jones (born October 4 1980 in Miami, Florida) is a professional basketball player currently with the NBA's Phoenix Suns.

The 203cm (6'8"), 98kg (215lb) small forward was picked 49th by the Indiana Pacers in the 2003 NBA Draft out of the University of Miami. After playing only six games during his rookie campaign, he played almost a full season during 2004-05, averaging 4.9 points per game whilst ranking 25th amongst all active players in three-point percentage, at 39.8%.

He was shipped by the Pacers on August 25 2005 to the Suns in a sign-and-trade deal in exchange for a 2008 second round draft pick.
