| James Thomas Parker (b. April 3, 1934, in Macon, Georgia - d. July 18, 2005 in Baltimore) is a former American Football offensive tackle who played for the Baltimore Colts (1957-1967). He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1973. Parker played offensive and defensive line for Ohio State University from 1954 to 1956. While at Ohio State he won the Outland Trophy in 1956, was an All-American and All-Big Ten player in 1955 and 1956. Parker was selected first in the 1957 draft.
