| Jeremy Ware (born October 23, 1975 in Guelph, Ontario) is a Canadian baseball left fielder. He plays for the Edmonton Trappers, and was drafted by the Montreal Expos. He was part of Team Canada in the 2004 Summer Olympics who finished in fourth place.
