Jerry Azumah (born September 1, 1977 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma) was an American football cornerback for the Chicago Bears of the NFL. He was originally selected with the 14th pick of the fifth round of the 1999 NFL Draft out of the University of New Hampshire. In 2003, Azumah was selected to the NFL Pro Bowl as the kick returner for the NFC.

On March 23, 2006, Jerry retired from the NFL after seven seasons with the Chicago Bears at the age of 28 due to hip and neck pain when he re-injured his neck in the Bears playoff loss to the Carolina Panthers in the 2005 NFC Divisional Game. However, Jerry is looking towards the future with his head held high. "Chapters end in your life and other chapters open. I'm not looking at it like I'm missing out on something because I'm really not missing out on much. I'm going to walk away with my head up high. There are a lot of things on the table for me and I'm looking forward to the future."
