| Jerry Tagge (born April 12 1950) is a member of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Hall of Fame. As the Nebraska Cornhuskers quarterback, he lead his college team to two national titles, was named Orange Bowl Most Valuable Player (MVP) in 1971 and 1972 and was named Hula Bowl MVP. Additionally, Tagge played the Sun Bowls and the Collegiate All-Star and Coaches All-American Games. After three NFL seasons and one year with San Antonio Wings of the World Football League, Tagge completed his professional football with the British Columbia Lions of the Canadian Football League (CFL).
