| James M. "Jim" McMillian (born March 11, 1948 in Raeford, North Carolina) is a former pro basketball player. He has been a part of the Los Angeles Lakers team that won the NBA championship in 1972. McMillian, who was in his second season that year, replaced Elgin Baylor at forward.
