James M. "Jim" McMillian (born March 11, 1948 in Raeford, North Carolina) is a former pro basketball player. He has been a part of the Los Angeles Lakers team that won the NBA championship in 1972. McMillian, who was in his second season that year, replaced Elgin Baylor
at forward. McMillian later played for the Buffalo Braves, New York Knicks and Portland Trail Blazers as well.
