Jimmy Orr (born November 4, 1935 in Seneca, South Carolina) is a former American Football wide receiver who played for the Pittsburgh Steelers and Baltimore Colts for thirteen seasons from 1958 to 1970. Orr was a two time Pro Bowler in 1959 and 1965.

Orr played college football in the University of Georgia and was UPI NFL-NFC Rookie of the Year in 1958 in a season in which he had 33 receptions for 910 yards and seven touchdowns and also punted that season. Orr retired in 1970 with exactly 400 career receptions for 7914 receiving yards and sixty-six touchdowns.
