| Joe Falcon (born 1966) is a former US middle distance runner whose greatest success was the victory over the 1990 Oslo Dream Mile in a time of 3:49.31 min (ranked No.1 in the world 1990). In the course of the race he ran a personal best over 1500m of 3:33.6. He also became NCAA Cross Country Champion in 1987.
