Katy Lynn Taylor (born October 22 1989 in Houston, Texas) is an American figure-skater. She has been skating since she was six years old.

A surprise 4th place finish at the 2006 United States Nationals earned her a spot for the Four Continents Championships in Colorado. Despite placing 2nd in both Short and Free Skates, Katy earned enough total points to win the 2006 Four Continents Championships, her first win on the senior tour. During the 2006 United States Nationals as well as the Four Continents Championships, Katy mentioned her hopes of buying a pink hummer.
