Kayte Christensen (born November 16,1980 in Lakeview, Oregon) is an American professional basketball player who has competed internationally and for a short while played for the Phoenix Mercury in the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA).

Kayte attended college at UC Santa Barbara University and attended the same classes as fellow WNBA player Lindsay Taylor. She was Santa Barbara's all-time career field goal leader. She also ranks among the top ten in rebounds and blocked shots.

She was the 40th overall pick by the Phoenix Mercury in the 2002 WNBA Draft.
