Keith Sims (born June 17, 1967 in Baltimore, Maryland) was a former American Football player who played offensive line for eleven seasons between 1990 and 2000 for the Miami Dolphins and the Washington Redskins. Sims and Richmond Webb
led a top rated offensive line for the Dolphins in the mid-1990s and was a three time Pro Bowler in 1993, 1994 and in 1995.

Sims played college football in Iowa State University.
