Bryan Kelly Holcomb (born July 9, 1973 in Fayetteville, Tennessee) is an American football quarterback who plays for the Buffalo Bills since 2005. Holcomb started his playing career with the Indianapolis Colts in 1996 and also played for the Cleveland Browns in which he was a three year part-time starter.

Holcomb attended Lincoln County High School in Fayetteville, Tennessee, in which Holcomb lettered in football, baseball, and basketball.

Holcomb played college football in Middle Tennessee State University. His best season in the NFL was in 2003 with the Browns in which he started in 10 games and threw for a career high 1797 passing yards and ten touchdowns.

Last season Holcomb shared time with J.P. Losman in the quarterback position with the Buffalo Bills, starting in eight games and passing for 1509 yards and ten touchdowns and only eight interceptions including throwing for 308 yards and one touchdown in a win against the Cincinnati Bengals in week sixteen.
