Kenny Bernstein (born Clovis, New Mexico), is an American dragster racer, who twice won the NHRA top fuel championship and was NHRA funny car champion four times. He is the only driver to win the NHRA championship in both divisions. In 1992 he was the first drag racer to exceed 300 mph in competition. He was an innovator of corporate sponsorship in drag racing, and his team's deal with Budweiser, which earned the nickname 'Bud King', is one of the longest running sponsorship deals in motorsport.

In the early 1990s he ran a Champ Car team, King Racing, scoring a pole position at the 1992 Indianapolis 500 with Roberto Guerrero driving. Also in the late 1980s and Early 1990s Kenny fielded cars in the Nascar Winston Cup series with sponsorship from Quaker State. They were driven by Ricky Rudd and Brett Bodine among others.

He retired in 2002 and currently runs a car for his son Brandon.

Kenny is the second race car driver to be elected into the International Jewish Sports Hall of Fame. (2006)
