| Kevin Ritz (born June 8, 1965 in Eatontown, Jersey) is a former Major League Baseball pitcher who played with the Detroit Tigers (1989-1992), and Colorado Rockies (1994-1998). When with Detroit Kevin was a relief pitcher who posted high era's. His big break came when he joined the Rockies in 1994, where he found some success in his career. Especially in 1996 when he went 17-11 in 213 innings pitch. Despite a high era 5.28 in hitter friendly Coors Field. He retired from baseball in 1998 with the Rockies.
