Larry Allen (November 27, 1971 - Los Angeles, California) is an American Football player who currently plays Offensive Guard for the San Francisco 49ers in the NFL. Allen was released from the Dallas Cowboys in March 2006 after 12 years with the organization and quickly agreed to terms with the arch-rival 49ers. The Cowboys drafted Allen 46th overall in the 1994 NFL Draft, making him the first NFL player ever selected out of Sonoma State University. He attended high school in Napa, CA.

At 6'-3" and 340 pounds, Allen may be the physically strongest man to have ever played in the NFL. His weightroom highlights include a bench press of 770+ lb. and squat of 990+ lb.. His strength combined with his noted on-field aggressiveness have made Allen one of the best offensive linemen in the league's history.

Allen was a member of the Dallas Cowboys' Super Bowl Champion team in 1995, has been named All-Pro eight times and has represented the NFC in the Pro Bowl in ten of his thirteen seasons; at one point playing seven consecutive Pro Bowls before an ankle injury in 2002.

He is one of only three players in NFL history to have played three different Offensive Line positions in the Pro Bowl, playing Right Guard, Left Guard and Left Tackle. Allen played in more Pro Bowls than any other Dallas Cowboys offensive player. Bob Lilly is the only Cowboy with more Pro Bowl appearances. Allen provided much needed blocking during Emmitt Smith's run to become the leading rusher in NFL history.

He also won the ESPN's "Strongest Man Award" during the Pro Bowl weekend in 2006.
