| Lawrence William Shepard (born April 3 1919 in Lakewood, Ohio) is a former manager in Major League Baseball for the Pittsburgh Pirates from 1968 to 1969. He had a combined record of 164-155 through two seasons. He was a manager of the legendary Roberto Clemente.
