Lawrence Heinemi was a professional wrestler better known by the name of Lars Anderson.

Career

Larry Heinemi played college football and then started wrestling in 1965. He formed a tag team with his "brother" Gene Anderson and also tagged with his other "brother" Ole Anderson. He occasionally wrestled with them as the Minnesota Wrecking Crew.

Lars did not have the success that the other Andersons had but he did win the NWA World Tag Team Championship one time with Gene.

He spent the last years of his career wrestling in Hawaii for Polynesian Pacific Wrestling.

Lars is not related to any of the Andersons. He did know Ole during their college years though.
The Rock
wrote in his autobiography that he got into Anderson's face as a teenager when he refused to lose a title in Polynesian Pacific Wrestling.
