Mack Carlington Strong (born September 11, 1971 in Fort Benning, Georgia) is a National Football League fullback for the Seattle Seahawks. He was originally signed as an undrafted free agent out of the University of Georgia. Mack has played his entire 13 year career with the Seahawks. In 2005 Mack was selected to his first NFL Pro Bowl and chosen as an Associated Press All-Pro.

Pro Career

Strong has lead blocked for 3-1000 yard rushers: Chris Warren, Ricky Watters
, and Shaun Alexander
. He holds the Seahawks team record for longest rush in a playoff game with a 32 yard run during the 2005 divisional playoff game against the Washington Redskins.

High school career

Strong attended Brookstone High School in Columbus, Georgia where he lettered in football, basketball, and track. In football, he rushed for 4,414 yards and 83 touchdowns during his career.

Personal

Mack is a Christian, and an active member of the Seattle Church of Christ.
