Madeline Manning (born 11 January 1948 in Cleveland, Ohio) is a former American athlete.

Between 1967 and 1980 she won 10 national titles and set a number of American records. She participiated in the 1968, 1972, and 1976 Summer Olympics. She likely also would have participated in the 1980 Games in Moscow, were they not boycotted by the United States. At the 1968 Olympics she was awarded a gold medal in the 800m. At the 1972 Games in Munich she won a silver medal in the 4 x 400 m relay with teammates Mable Fergerson, Kathy Hammond, and Cheryl Toussaint.
