Mark Grieb( born May 23, 1974, in Torrance, California) is an Arena Football League quarterback for the San Jose SaberCats. Grieb led the team to the ArenaBowl title in 2004.

High school career

At Oak Grove High School in San Jose, California, Grieb was a three-sport star in football, basketball, and baseball.

College career

Grieb then attended UC Davis, where he left school as the top 10 in six different offensive categories. As a senior, after passing for a school-record 3,230 yards and 25 touchdowns. he won first team CoSIDA All-Region honors, was a Football Gazette All-American pick, and a finalist for the Harlon Hill Award, which is given to the NCAA Division II college football MVP.
