Mike Diamond was a professional wrestler better known as Kortsia Korchenko or Skull Murphy, Jr..CareerMike Diamond started wrestling in 1984 as Skull Murphy, Jr. in Tennessee's Mid-Southern Wrestling.In 1986, he changed him gimmick to that of the Russian Kortsia Korchenko. He went to Mid-South Wrestling just as it was changing into the Universal Wrestling Federation and started a feud with the patriotic Bill Watts. He joined Eddie Gilbert's "Hot Stuff, Inc." and often teamed with Ivan and Nikita Koloff. When Jim Crockett Promotions purchased the UWF, Diamond went back to the independents. He died on June 6, 1991 in an auto accident. Profile
