He Has Been A Fixture Of Southern California Horse Racing, He Has Won Many Jockey Titles At Santa Anita, Hollywood Park And Del Mar, Even At Age 42 He Is Still Considered One Of The Best Riders In The Country,Many Consider Him The Best. His Talent With Frontrunning Horses,Aggressive Tactics,And Ability To Get A Horse Out Of The Gate Are His Key Talents. He Is Still Not In The Hall Of Fame More For His Off Track Activities, Those Same Off Track Activities That Will Be Remembered Just As Much As His On Track Accomplishments.
