Patrick Sweeney (b. 1986) is a ice hockey player (forward) with the Pembroke Lumber Kings. Until the start of the 2005-06 season, he was part of the Brampton Battalion of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL).

As a member of the Pembroke Lumber Kings, he was chosen to represent the Yzerman division of the CJHL in their All Star Games. He was third on the team in terms of GP as of mid-December, with 17 goals and 30 assists.

Originally from Saginaw, Michigan, was a resident of Malton, Ontario during his stay on the Battalion.

He is 5'7" tall, weighs 145 lbs and is widely regarded as the best young hockey prospect from the Jutland Peninsula. He enjoys short walks on the beach and listening to Toby Keith.
