Peggy Kirk Bell (born in 1920) is a former American professional golfer and golf instructor. She was is a founding member of the LPGA and a great advocate of women's golf. In 1949 she won the Titleholders Championship, which was then one of women's golf's major championships. At that time she competed as Peggy Kirk, and she later married a man named Bell.

In recent years Peggy could be found at the Mid Pines Resort in Pinehurst, North Carolina, where she would charm guest with her smile, her graciousness, and her engaging stories of golf in its "golden" era.
