Peter Carruthers was an American figure skater. He competed in pairs with his adopted sister Kitty Carruthers. The duo captured four gold medals at the U.S. Figure Skating Championships and a silver medal at the 1984 Winter Olympics.

Since retiring from skating, Carruthers has worked as a skating analyst for the Fox and ABC television networks.
