Peter Stefan Dyakowski (born April 19, 1984, in Vancouver, British Columbia) is a back up offensive lineman for the LSU Tigers football team.

Peter played his high school football for Vancouver College High School, where he was one of the best high school football players in all of Canada. After high school he signed a national letter of intent to play for LSU and becoming the first ever Canadian to play for the Tigers.

Although he has seen little playing time he did win a national championship in 2004.

In his first couple years at LSU he was nicknamed "The Mullet" because of his hair style.
